What I Learned This Week...
This week was pretty interesting. Lots of things happened, and because of this, I learned a couple of things, and for this week’s newsletter, I'm going to share with you three things I learned:
Just because everyone is doing it doesn’t mean it’s right.
You need to think for yourself, if not you’ll end up doing things you don’t want to do.
When making a decision allow yourself time to feel your emotions and turn to your gut feeling
My thoughts from the past week
This next part of the newsletter will include some interesting content I’ve seen and questions I’ve asked myself over the past week!
📚 Book recommendation
This week, I finished one Kindle book, Autobiography of a Spiritually Incorrect Mystic
by Osho.
Autobiography of a Spiritually Incorrect Mystic is an autobiography of Osho’s life, and it’s VERY interesting. From being basically banned from 20+ countries to threatening the dean of his university that he was going to run naked around his school. From reading this book, especially the earlier chapters where he talks about his childhood, you can tell why he thinks what he thinks. I literally laughed out loud several times while reading. I enjoyed this book a lot. If you like reading Osho’s other books, you’re going to love this one.
I’m currently in the last chapters of Steve Jobs’s biography by Walter Isaacson, and it has been really good so far. I’ll let you know next week what I think!

📖 Book Summary
The following summary was made by an AI (including some changes I made) using my notes based on the book A Manual For Manifesting Your Dream Life by Eric John Campbell
Understand Your Dreams as Instructions: Recognize your dreams as directions from the Universe, meant to be manifested in your lifetime.
Believe in Your Ability to Realize Dreams: Trust that if you have a dream, you have the capability to make it real.
Pursue Dreams with Passion and Joy: Focus on happiness and desires, and engage with your dreams passionately, avoiding actions stemming from guilt or fear.
Focus Your Attention: Direct your attention to what excites you, understanding that what you focus on will grow.
Acknowledge Your Creative Power: Realize that you create your own reality and your attention dictates your experiences.
Align with Your Heart's Desire: Shift your focus from your current frequency to the frequency of your heart’s desire.
Actively Choose Your Focus: Consciously decide to focus on what you genuinely want to manifest.
Avoid Negative Frequencies: Don’t dwell on unwanted frequencies, as this perpetuates corresponding experiences.
Embrace Change and Letting Go: Be willing to release your old life to make space for the new.
Integrate Fear as a Teacher: View fear as a learning tool, an opportunity for growth, and a guiding force.
Practice Gratitude: Cultivate gratitude for what you currently have, understanding that this positive focus can attract more blessings.
Surrender and Trust Your Intuition: Let go of how you think your dream life should manifest, and trust your intuitive, natural impulses. (have your dream life in mind but don’t be attached to the way it happens, let the universe surprise you)
Live in the Present Moment: Acknowledge that your dream life can be experienced now, not in some distant future.
Nurture Your Connection with the Universe: Recognize that you’re not alone and you can ask the Universe for support.
Love Yourself Unconditionally: Understand that self-love opens you up to receive abundance and blessings from the Universe.
Stop Judging Yourself and Others: Let go of judgment and embrace all aspects of your humanity with unconditional love.
Be Conscious of Your Focused Attention: Realize that your focused attention is powerful and can manifest your desires.
Avoid Negative Influences: Stay away from activities, news, or conversations that don't align with your heart’s desire.
Listen to Your Body: Use your body as a guide and listen to its reactions as indicators of what serves your highest good.
Seek Nature for Clarity: Retreat into nature for peace and to receive messages from the Universe.
Avoid Acting on Others’ Beliefs and Judgments: Do not let the opinions or lifestyles of others deter you from your path.
🗣 Tempting Question!
If you could meet anyone (dead or alive), who could it be?
📱Helpful App
The other day, while scrolling through Instagram reels, I saw an ad for an app called HDesign. I’ve seen that same ad multiple times in the past, but this time I decided to download it. According to its description on the app store, this app is made to do the following:
“The Human Design System helps you live in harmony with your true nature. Based on your birthcharts, you will receive a personalized bodygraph and natal charts. Improve your relationships by exploring astrology compatibility and receive daily affirmations to tune into positive vibes.”
I was very surprised with my results (in a good way). You should definitely try it out for yourself.
